Coaching in face-to-face format, as an online format or as an alternative form of learning from online and face-to-face format

Both modules are part of the two product offerings “Job Challenge” and “Job Challenge Premium”. These two products can be offered in different time periods. After the free initial consultation, your job coach will assess the situation and determine what scope makes sense for you. Since last year, in addition to individual coaching in face-to-face form, there has also been the option of individual coaching in an online format or in an alternative form of learning, which is a mix of face-to-face and online format. The job center or employment agency issues the AVGS for a predefined number of teaching units (UEs). One UE corresponds to 45 minutes.
